As a unique type of university, EHL offers an approach of dual excellence that combines premium hospitality training and applied management with challenging academics and real-world business projects. EHL is accredited at university level in Switzerland and the USA.
As a school of life, EHL offers an uplifting, international experience with two campuses in Switzerland and one in Singapore. The diversity and quality of campus activities develops social and leadership skills, for well-rounded personal and professional lives.
Upon graduation, EHL alumni join a powerful global network of 25,000 professionals worldwide, and they rise quickly to success as leaders and innovators in hospitality, F&B, tourism, events and other service-oriented businesses.
Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management
EHL’s bachelor’s degree prepares graduates to be leaders and entrepreneurs in the fast-growing hospitality and service sectors around the world. It develops a balanced mix of professional knowledge, soft and hard skills, and leadership qualities through hands-on training, management courses, and academic and real-world business projects. The course offers two pathways – academic or professional – which include different amounts of internships and practical courses. Students can choose to study in Lausanne or Passugg, Switzerland, or in Singapore, and international transfer options are made available to academically qualified students.
Master (MSc) in Global Hospitality Business
EHL’s Master of Science in Global Hospitality Business prepares graduates to lead businesses and teams into the future of the industry. Over the course of three semesters, on three continents, students learn to manage the complexity of worldwide operations with the local touch that makes for exceptional customer experiences. It is offered jointly by EHL (Lausanne campus), Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Conrad N. Hilton College, University of Houston, Texas, USA.
MBA in Hospitality (80% Online)
EHL’s MBA in Hospitality is designed for busy working professionals who want to upgrade their strategic hospitality management skills, without leaving their career or personal life on hold. Around 80% of the courses are delivered online, for a flexible work-study balance. Students spend three weeks on the Lausanne campus in Switzerland to network with industry leaders and peers.
Hospitality Executive MBA (in China, with CEIBS)
The Hospitality Executive MBA (HEMBA) is jointly delivered by EHL and the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). It focuses on building strategic knowledge for service business management and prepares graduates to become leaders in the global industry, with rich knowledge of China’s service sector and consumer culture, a key audience for the future of the industry.
Sports and Extra-Curricular Activities
At EHL, we don’t separate fun from learning. Everything about the student experience, from the facilities to the committees, events and excursions, is designed to enrich students’ lives well beyond the university experience. We encourage students to live an exemplary life that embraces healthy living, refinement and social engagement. To this end, students participate in numerous social committees and sports associations that unite them around common goals and passions.
