About Whitgift Summer School
Your chance to study this summer with English speaking boys and girls from Whitgift School.
At the Whitgift Summer School we offer three intensive courses:
- a General English programme for teenagers and juniors.
- an Academic Enrichment course for students aged 11 – 13.
- a Pre-IB course for students aged 14 – 17 who wish to prepare for the IB Diploma.
Residential students attend for a minimum of two weeks and can stay for a maximum of six weeks. We also welcome non-residential students who enrol in all the summer school has to offer but do no reside at Whitgift during their stay.
Visiting students have morning classes with their new international friends and in the afternoon have project-based lessons with boys and girls from our year-round school.
In the afternoon, students take part in over 18 different academies and activities and go on 2 excursions per week. The Summer School is entirely run and operated by Whitgift School, and is seen as the 4th term of the academic year.
Our summer school is memorable, has that personal touch and is truly inspirational.
