Magazine Deadlines 2026
Magazine Style Guide
Advertorials should be between 500 – 750 words long. We publish in British English. Please note that any advertorials submitted with American spelling will be changed for consistency.
For each advertorial we ask for 3 – 5 images to be submitted. These images must be able to be used in our magazine ie. you have the permission from the parents of any children featured. In the case of third-party graphics eg. graphs showing statistics, we ask that a full reference to the source is provided. The image specifications are found below.
In cases where images are not provided, we will use stock images sourced by our designer.
Digital image files are required in high resolution, CMYK, PDF
Minimum resolution:
Photographs – 300 dpi
Line art – 600 dpi

Newsletters
Please send items you wish to include in our Newsletters to . You can send press releases, open day information etc. Please include the graphic that you want to include. Newsletters are sent sent weekly on a Thursday. For inclusion, please give at least 2 weeks notice
Solus Advertising
We offer solus email advertising, where an email created by the school or business is sent out to the International School Parent newsletter data base. For more information on Solus email marketing please contact us at
‘Specials’
From time to time the magazine will have a special feature showcasing a particular sector or theme. For example, the Summer Camps feature (published in Spring). These features give schools the opportunity to be part of a larger article by way of profile, links and images. Content deadlines mirror the general magazine deadlines. Information on these features will be sent via email, with instructions for signup.
