Brighton College Madrid

Brighton College Madrid is a British international day school for boys and girls, opening in September 2027 on Calle Gobelas in Madrid’s Moncloa-Aravaca district. It is the first Spanish campus of the Brighton College family of schools – whose flagship UK school was named UK School of the Decade – and is part of Intellego.

The school will welcome pupils from age 3 across the Pre-Prep (ages 3–4), Prep School (ages 5–10), Middle School (ages 11–13) and Senior School (ages 14+). Taught in English, its world-class, future-focused British education is built on three core values: curiosity, confidence and kindness. Every child is known, supported and challenged to achieve their very best, with strong pastoral care alongside rigorous academics. Senior pupils will choose from an exciting range of IGCSE options, and pupils are prepared for entry to leading universities in the UK, the US and Spain.

Learning goes well beyond the classroom through a broad co-curricular programme of sport, STEM, performing arts, public speaking and debating. The campus is designed with outstanding facilities, including green spaces, modern science laboratories and dedicated spaces for the arts and sport. Brighton College Madrid also draws on a global network of more than 9,000 pupils and over 1,000 teachers who share resources and best practice.

The school is led by Head Master George Hartley.
