César Ritz Colleges Switzerland

The three-year bachelor’s program at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, offered in partnership with Washington State University, provides an entrepreneurial approach to hospitality and culminates with developing a personalised business plan. On top of the more traditional hospitality disciplines such as room service and food & beverage, the curriculum covers key subjects such as business statistics, decision analysis, responsible sourcing, and sustainable science.

Bouveret campus:

The campus includes the Aiglon, Bellevue 1 & 2, Apicius, and the Mosimann collection building. It offers students plenty of options to relax and socialise, including a natural pool, hiking trails, nightclub, table tennis, table football, and even a home cinema complete with gaming equipment.

Brig campus:

The campus is situated in two main buildings in the centre of Brig. The main campus and the main restaurant are where all academic facilities are located. A five-minute walk away, students can find their state-of-the-art accommodation called Themis & Xenius.
