Bachelor’s in Global Hospitality Management

A comprehensive academic education is the bedrock of this Bachelor’s program. We teach students how a hospitality business works from the inside out. Our curriculum covers:

• Marketing and sales
• Accounting and financial management.

Our teaching focuses on the soft skills that distinguish the most effective managers. And the BBA program also features two fully supported professional internships, where students can put what they’ve learned on campus to a real-world test.

Crans-Montana, Switzerland

Our flagship Crans-Montana campus is situated in the beautiful Swiss Alps, close to the world-famous ski and golf resort from which it takes its name. Students can fully immerse themselves in our practical learning facilities, which include working kitchens and bars, plus hospitality demonstration areas. Modern teaching environments support academic studies at undergraduate and graduate levels. Students can also take their entrepreneurial skills to the next level in the Innovation Lab and digital media studio.

Marbella, Spain

Our Marbella campus offers a sun-kissed, high-tech learning environment bursting with Mediterranean flair. The campus features four professional training kitchens, plus a demonstration bar, front office, housekeeping office, and hotel room. Academic facilities include Apple technology-equipped classroom, Mac Lab, plus a 158-capacity auditorium with real time connectivity to Les Roches Crans-Montana.

Shanghai, China

Our Shanghai campus is where Swiss hospitality education meets exhilarating Asia. Les Roches Jin Jiang offers first-class facilities and technology in a university setting. Students have access to interactive classrooms, a computer lab, a demonstration kitchen, hospitality demonstration areas and an auditorium. The campus library contains extensive books, professional magazines and audio-visual materials.
